Identity and Letting Go

Creating a life that aligns with who you truly are,
requires you to know your self deeply.

To journey to the outer edges of your identity,
in order to understand that it’s all made up anyway.
At first it threatens your existence,
because you realise that this world and your place within it
is created entirely by the eyes you observe it with.
The beliefs, perceptions and expectations of what is 'real’ falls away.

Then you realise that if the world is created by our perspective of it,
then this present moment is completely up to us to decide.

What was once a source of fear becomes the very thing that empowers you to create
and became all that you feared was impossible to achieve.
Dreams become goals and vulnerabilities become points for connection.

The world falls away, but only for the truth to emerge.
In that quiet place we finally meet ourselves and in the recognition of truth,
all that lacks the essence of our true nature falls away.

Beliefs, expectations, relationships and our own self perception
dissolves with the ease of an exhalation.
